I have nothing but great things to say about our realtor, Brenda Perry. My husband and I searched for the “right” house for over a year. Brenda suggested looking at certain houses based on the preferences I discussed with her, and I told Brenda about other houses I thought looked interesting, too. Brenda checked out every. single. house. with me, more than once on a few houses. I was relentless in my search, and though Brenda was beside me every house along the way, she remained just as positive and encouraging by closing as she had been when we’d started our search. Once we found THE house, she helped us coordinate all the moving parts to get us to closing (the offer, the inspection, the wood report, the paperwork, etc. etc.), and made some valuable recommendations that saved us time and effort. Brenda answered all our questions, and went WAY beyond the call of duty as a realtor. Brenda is a true professional. I know, I know…I’m gushing, right? But it’s all true. This is not a paid advertisement, and I’m not related to Brenda in any way. She is just that easy and wonderful to work with. My only regret in the entire process is that, whatever commission Brenda earned when we purchased our home, it was not nearly enough for all the work she did!
